Training note
Saju Tulgi develops advanced directional movement, elbow thrusting control, sliding footwork, balance, and body coordination. Students should focus on maintaining correct L-Stance positioning, accurate elbow thrust alignment, and smooth sliding transitions while preserving posture and stability throughout all directional changes.
