Emirates Taekwon-Do is opening a limited number of Conversion Program positions for martial arts instructors from other styles who wish to become ITF-certified professionals. This full-time program provides paid training and mentorship under certified ITF instructors to ensure a smooth transition into the International Taekwon-Do Federation system.

Job Details:
• Position: Martial Arts Instructor (Conversion Program)
• Location: United Arab Emirates (Dubai)
• Availability: Immediate start

Requirements:
• Valid UAE residence visa (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in any martial art (Karate, Taekwondo WT, Kickboxing, etc.)
• Strong background in teaching, discipline, and student management
• Physically fit and committed to learning the ITF syllabus
• Fluent in English (Korean terminology training provided)

Conversion Program:
• Duration: 6 months (paid training period)
• Includes ITF syllabus, philosophy, patterns, and teaching methodology
• Supervised by ITF-certified instructors
• Upon successful completion, candidates will receive official ITF certification and full instructor status

Responsibilities During Conversion:
• Assist in kids, teens, and adult classes
• Support lead instructors and help manage class flow
• Participate in all technical, theory, and teaching modules
• Demonstrate commitment to ITF Taekwon-Do principles and teaching standards
