Class Schedule by Age
• Tiger Cubs (ages 3–5) – 3:00–4:00 PM • Young Dragons (ages 6–8) – 4:00–5:00 PM • Rising Heroes (ages 9–12) – 5:00–6:00 PM • Sun Guardians (ages 13–15) – 6:00–7:00 PM Each group has 2 classes per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), carefully designed for their stage of development.
What’s Included
• 1 full term of training (September–November) • 2 age-appropriate classes per week • Safe, structured lessons focused on fun, fitness, and growth • End-of-term participation certificate
Optional Starter Pack (AED 300)
For families who want the complete Taekwon-Do experience, we offer a Starter Pack that includes: • Official ITF Taekwon-Do uniform (Dobok) • End-of-term grading exam (international ITF standards) • New belt (awarded on successful grading) If your child continues training next term, the AED 300 you paid for the Starter Pack is fully deducted from the tuition fee.

All classes are held at Jumeirah Sports Hall, a bright, modern, family-friendly venue with convenient parking and safe facilities.
A Glimpse of Our Program
Our classes follow the official ITF syllabus, tailored to young learners. We balance technical skills with life lessons, focusing on: • Technical Training – stances, blocks, punches, kicks, and patterns • Confidence Building – activities that develop voice, posture, and self-esteem • Leadership Practice – small responsibilities that build teamwork • Games & Physical Development – agility, balance, and respect through play • Reflection & Emotional Growth – positive behavior and the Tenets of Taekwon-Do
What Happens Next?
1. Register your child for a free trial class. 2. Attend the first class in their age group. (Just bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle.) 3. If they enjoy it, confirm enrollment for the entire term — completely free. 4. Optionally purchase the Starter Pack for uniform, exam, and belt. 5. Train FREE for the rest of the term. 6. Enjoy priority registration in December for January classes.
